About Me

A veteran real estate investor, Lew McGinnis has more than five decades of experience acquiring and managing land and property in Alaska, throughout the Midwest, and on the West Coast. Over the course of his career he has acquired more than 100,000 apartments and spearheaded the development of projects such as the Williams Center in Tucson, Arizona. Under the guidance of Lew McGinnis, the 160-acre facility became a hub for professional office and businesses.

Prior to his work in real estate, Mr. McGinnis was a serial entrepreneur who founded companies in a range of industries, including automotive and finance. He began his work career selling eggs door-to-door as an eight-year-old child and founded his first company at the age of 14.

Outside of his professional life, Mr. McGinnis gives back to the community by tutoring children to read and supporting the Methodist church. He also advocates for local organizations, such as the Arizona Opera Company and YMCA.
